The musts of Bourgogne Blanc, rigorously selected by Louis Moreau, are vinified in our cellar with the same care and attention as our Petit Chablis and Chablis. The first bottling of Bourgogne Blanc takes place between 6 and 8 months after the harvest, and the final bottling takes 10 months. On the nose, our Bourgogne Blanc is fragrant, floral and fruity, with hints of honeysuckle. On the palate, it's airy and aromatic, supple and greedy. The palate is round and fresh, with aromas of pink grapefruit and exotic fruit.
