Opsimo is the winery's Icon wine from super-ripe Syrah, Grenache and Limniona produced in approximately 1000 bottles from yields that do not exceed 20hl/ha. Impenetrable purple colour with luxurious oak and a core of blueberries, liquorice and ink. Full-throttle, dense wine with ripe yet firm tannins. It is produced only in exceptional vintages.
Classic red, matured in French and American oak barrels for 2 years and in bottles for two more.

After 2 hours of decanting at 16-18 C in high volume glasses.
Deep garnet with a vibrant ruby edge, velvety soft on the palate with bright cherry to plum flavors. This wine is weighty and full of fresh ripe berries with rich, dark accents of cocoa nib. Intriguing and delicious.
