GRAPES 95% Nerello mascalese, 5 % Nerello Cappuccio
PRODUCTION AREA The terraced vineyards are located on the southern side of Etna, in the territory of Biancavilla, between 650 and 700 meters a.s.l.. Planted on lava sands in 2008 with south, south-west exposure.
VINIFICATION Fermentation in steel with short pumping over
AGEING Aging for 9-12 months. In bottles for 6 months.
