The grapes for this Malvasia are sourced from exceptional vineyards in the Monferrato area, in the province of Asti. They are planted in medium-textured, calcareous clay soils and enjoy a south-southeast exposure.
After a gentle pressing, the free-run must is stored at low temperatures until it attains effervescence in pressurised fermenters, resulting in a lightly sparkling wine that is always crisp, refreshing, and fragrant.
