Vinsanto is the naturally sweet wine, made only by white sundried grapes. Vinsanto 20 years barrels aged is the blend of 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani and 10% Athiri. The grapes are carefully stretched under the Santorinian sun for approximately two weeks.
Deep amber color, with flavors of butterscotch, roasted coffee beans, raisins and cocoa. Full body and very concen trated, it always maintains a balance between sweetness and acidity with aftertaste which lasts and lasts and lasts…….!
Ideal pairing:
Chocolate and chocolate desserts, creamy cheeses like Roquefort and Stilton. Enjoy on its own or with a nice cigar.
