EYE: A glittering gold-pink hue.
NOSE: Delicate aromas of wild berries and red currants, set off by fine vanilla notes.
PALATE: Full, refined and complex, a great balance between powerful aromas and a fine structure. Detectable notes of crashed strawberries, blackcurrants and spices in harmony with notes of pattisserie.
FOOD PAIRING: A luxurious aperitif, it will also partner well with delicate, subtle, well balances dishes, grill lobster, red mullet, john dory but also kobe beef carpaccio or baby lamb.
