VINEYARDS: The soil is rich in lime and fragmented stone that ensures great natural drainage. Significant excursions between day and night guarantee the production of healthy and particularly aromatic grapes.
WINEMAKING: Only the best grapes are selected for Vino in Musica. The grapes are destemmed and crushed separately, in the soft way as the traditional method. Maceration of the skins takes place in stainless steel vats for 10-15 days and during this phase the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a temperature no higher than 28-30°C.
The wine is then kept in French barriques of 225 L. for next 18 months.
REFINEMENT: 18 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Keeping in line with its musical theme, Vino in Musica shows harmony and balance, with rich mouthfeel and persistent finish. Spicy with delicate floral notes, red fruit, mineral impressions and coffee.
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect match with red meat or game. Excellent served with veined cheese.
