Elaboration: Traditional elaboration, 100 % de-stemmed. Aged 14 months in Bordelaise barrels of French oak and American oak.
Tasting notes: Intense Cherry. Fine toasted notes (cocoa and coffee) and ripe fruit with definite expression. Powerful palate, smoky with well balanced toasty notes of oak and fruit.
Drinking temperatures: 16-18 ºC
