GRAPES: 100% Cannonau
PRODUCTION AREA: The vineyards are located close to the Mediterranean sea, on the central East coast of Sardinia, in the province of Ogliastra. The predominant soil type is decomposed granite.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with the use of indigenous yeasts and without artificial temperature control.
AGEING: The wine aged for 18 months in small oak casks. Not filtered.
