VINSANTO – 12 years barrel aged
Vinsanto is the naturally sweet wine, made only by white sundried grapes. Vinsanto 12 years barrels aged is the blend of 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani and 10% Athiri. The grapes are carefully stretched under the Santorinian sun for approximately two weeks.
Amber color, with flavors of raisins, figs and butterscotch. Balanced acidity and long aftertaste.
Ideal pairing:
Goat cheese, foie gras, desserts with caramelized almonds and fruits, vanilla and chocolate ice cream.
