Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction for 72 hours and sur lie for 4 months. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour. Scents of black berries, bell peppers and roasted nuts are predominant in the nose. Very fleshy feeling with velvety tannins and a very long aftertaste.
Pairing suggestions: Pairs perfectly with lamb roast, veal, pork with plums and fatty yellow cheeses.
