Tasting Notes: Green with golden hues. Tropical fruit on the nose, with a delicate hint of artichoke. On the palate, buttery with fresh white peach, honey notes and excellent acidic balance. An agreeable, long finish.
Origin: Angostura Estate, Colchagua Valley. All from pre-selected premium sectors
Harvest: 100% hand picked.
Vinification: Grapes cooled down below 3°C upon arrival at the winery for 24 hours. Hand sorting of bunches before press to select only the best. Natural decanting for 24 hours at 15°C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 14 -17 days at 15°C-18°C. Lees work in the tank.
Ageing: 15% aged in French oak barrels for 6 months; 85% in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairings: Superb with king crab, lobster, fish with creamy sauce or seafood pastas. Also goes well with stuffed chicken breast, vegetable based risotto, fresh cheeses or sour cream dips.
