PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards scattered between the hills and the piedmont area in the heart of the classic Valpolicella.
CHARACTERISTICS: ruby red color, cherry red. Fresh and fruity aroma. Light fruity and soft aroma.
ALCOHOL: 12.5% vol.
FOOD PAIRING: it goes well with many dishes, ideal for first courses, but also with white meats and vegetables.
SERVICE: should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18 degrees.
