All the viticultural work is aimed at controlling yields and producing quality grapes. The harvest in, they focus their efforts on the winemaking, using traditional methods while also incorporating modern œnological know-how. The ageing process, which takes place in temperature-controlled vats, is carefully and thoroughly monitored. In close collaboration with their œnologist, they select the best blend from all the vats to obtain the best-balanced, most harmonious wine.
