Sauvignon Blanc fruit for this wine was sourced exclusively from our Templar block in the Awatere Valley of Marlborough. The vineyard is managed with a focus on enhancing soil vitality to grow healthy and balanced vines, utilising organic products and methods to work with nature to ensure quality fruit. Templar Vineyard has held Biogro certification since 2012. Sauvignon Blanc grapes are machine harvested using latest technology selective harvesters during cool night temperatures to maximise aromatics. Biogro approved yeast strains are used in cool, stainless steel ferments, with wines spending 2 months on yeast lees to add texture to the wine. Our Cellar Selection Organic Sauvignon Blanc is bottled whilst young and fresh to deliver an aromatic wine and minimise preservative additions.
