Our sommelier, Andreas Kyprianou is currently en-route for the Advanced level at the Court of Master Sommeliers, the most acknowledged international organization providing training, education and certification to the WORLD’S BEST SOMMELIERS
Opsimo is Dougos winery Icon wine from super-ripe Syrah, Grenache and Limniona produced in approximately 1000 bottles from yields that do not exceed 20hl/ha. Impenetrable purple colour with luxurious oak and a core of blueberries, liquorice and ink. Full-throttle, dense wine with ripe yet firm tannins. It is produced only in exceptional vintages.
